Planning the perfect wedding with Chiquita Tours is easy and fun! We will have many discussions during the pre-planning stage to go over everything you have dreamed about for your perfect day!

• We start with you picking your location. Would you like to get married on the beach, where the sand tickles your feet, or the Mountains, with their breathtaking views, or would you like a waterfall or volcano as your backdrop? The options are unlimited. We can tell you the pro's and con's of different locations.
• We will talk about the colors for the flowers and decorations you want to use for your wedding. Would you like to use an exotic mixtures of flowers or stay with romantic Roses?
• Are you having a bridesmaid and Best Man? How many other people are in the wedding party? Is this a traditional or non-traditional wedding?
• Do you want a big reception or something small and intimate? It could be on the beach, in a gorgeous restaurant overlooking a bay, or on a hillside.
• Do you want a buffet dinner or a served plate dinner? Do you want local cuisine or American/German/French food
• Do you want a local band, D.J. or a Trio? Do you want dancing after the reception?
• Do you want an open bar or cash bar?
• What exciting activities do you and your group want to do while in Costa Rica?

After all these and more planning questions have been answered, we get to work planning your perfect wedding. You will be informed every step of the way! When the time comes to head to Costa Rica, rest assured, we are here! You will meet the same people you have talked with on the phone.

• Everyone is greeted at the airport by Chiquita Tours and taken to the hotel. All transportation is included so you won't need to flag down a taxi or wander around on your own.
• We go over everything that is happening for the week or weekend.
• We make sure everyone is checked-in and ready to enjoy themselves.

• We make sure everyone is where they need to be on time.
• We make sure all flower arrangements and decorations are set-up and ready.
• We make sure the music starts when it is supposed to.
• We make sure there are no problems!

• Your reception location will be beatifully decorated and waiting on you.

We will handle every detail so you don’t have to! We can organize formal rehearsal dinners or less formal ‘night before’ sunset sails. We work with a local band or DJ to provide the best Latin or American music possible for your wedding, including acoustic music for the processional. We cover the flowers, the cake, reception, bar, photography, all legalities, and all the little extras like spa treatments for the bridal party to make this your special day! You can choose to have an intimate wedding with just the two of you, or a larger wedding with your family and friends there to share in your joy.
